At a glance

• You can return your VitaReliv product within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
• Email contact@vitareliv.com with your order number.
• We will tell you where to send your parcel.
• Your refund will be made using the payment method you used for your purchase.
• You pay the direct cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty goods.

Your statutory cancellation right applies during the first 14 days. Our voluntary returns policy applies from day 15 to day 30. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Voluntary returns policy: days 15 to 30

You can return the goods within 30 days of receiving them. Please return all parts of the product. Once we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase price. The same return-postage rules set out above apply.

Your statutory right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, tell us (Vitareliv LLC, email: contact@vitareliv.com) clearly that you wish to cancel, for example by email. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

It is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period ends.

What happens when you cancel

If you cancel, we will reimburse the payments we have received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where charged. We do not have to refund extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery service than our least expensive standard delivery option.

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the goods back, or, if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence that you have sent them back. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have returned them, whichever happens first.

We will use the same payment method you used for your purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a fee for the refund.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel. We will email you the return address after receiving your cancellation notice. You meet the deadline if you send the goods before the 14-day period ends.

You pay the direct cost of returning the goods for a change-of-mind cancellation.

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Please email us if there is a problem with your order.
